Practices for Humans.
Pick one.
Each practice runs three to ten-ish minutes and offers choices: eyes open or closed, still or moving, the breath or another anchor. Choose based on how much time you have, not what you think you ought to be working on. (Three minutes in a parked car counts.)
Before you press play.

Every practice begins with what’s around you: what you can see, what you can hear, whatever is holding you up. The breath comes later, if at all, and always as an option.
-
Sit, stand, lie down, pace the hallway. Open your eyes halfway through. If I suggest something that doesn’t suit you, do something else. (I won’t know.)
-
If a practice stirs up more than it settles, stop and look around the room. Count that as a good sit.

The recordings are free on Insight Timer. Choose one, and it opens there, in the app or in a browser.
These are educational practices, not treatment. Everything here is also on my Insight Timer profile.
